Refunds & Liability

If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. You are welcome to reach out via the form below so we can find a solution together.

We do not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.

All product descriptions are clear and concise. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided within before purchase. This applies to any and all public pages within btownerart.com.

Return Policy

We are confident that you will love your new artwork and are committed to offering the highest quality fine art products for you to enjoy! Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honor a 14 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but some calibrations may vary between devices.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If item does not return in the same quality it was sent, a return may not be granted.

Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely). Our quality control and sanitary standards are quite strict and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if the prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Originals (not eligible): All sales for original artwork purchases are final; as they come with a special, personalized gift just for you and Brandi personally pays a generous amount to ship them directly to your door via courier.

Tapestries (eligible): Woven tapestries are eligible and must be returned in an unused condition and tags attached. If returned tapestries are deemed unfit upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Metal Prints (not eligible): All metal print purchases are made to order by our partners in Florida. These are made just for you and are not warehoused! For this reason, all sales of aluminum prints are final.
